Our Team

Faith Gounder – CEO

Faith Gounder is the CEO of MTESA and the Director of Models on Trend. She is a successful businesswoman, a qualified flight attendant, and a business administrator. Faith is also an award-winning pageant director with extensive experience at local, national, and international levels.

In addition, she is a skilled events coordinator, model coach, and industry expert, dedicated to mentoring young talent and shaping the next generation of confident, empowered individuals.

Reratiloe Sekoto – Director

Reratiloe Sekoto is a BCom Law graduate currently pursuing her LLB degree. She is the Director of Miss Excellency South Africa and the Creative Director of Miss Teen Excellency.

Beyond her leadership roles, Reratiloe is a business owner and a passionate advocate for individuals with intellectual disabilities and youth empowerment. Her dedication to creating opportunities and promoting inclusivity continues to inspire those around her.
